The benefits I have gained from the practice so far have been tremendous and I really think anyone reading this should give it a go. I highly recommend you take at least three sessions though, because basing your experience on one alone really won’t do it any justice, trust me!

The float tank was a revelation. Very relaxing. I was skeptical about it helping a hamstrings strain I had but it brought immediate improvement and as a bonus I had improved neck range of motion from an old ski injury.
