Floatation

A float tank is a large covered bath with a sliding-door.

At Brisbane Float & Massage we recommend you try 3 floats within a 10 – 14 day period to feel the benefits and understand the process.

During your first float you are getting used to the salt water environment and buoyancy. You experience deep relaxation and will probably sleep well that night.

In the second float you relax deeper, enjoy the peace and quiet, and may notice that aches and pains have disappeared. 
During the third float, you see and feel the health benefits of ultimate relaxation in a far more significant way.
